In order to guarantee the best experience for our Online Customers, We have a 30-day loose diamond return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that custom-made settings are non-returnable, but we provide resizing and adjustment services to ensure a perfect fit.

As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom designs once production has begun. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
